Volunteers play important roles in our day-to-day operations.
When you volunteer at Bartram’s Garden, you join a growing core of devoted supporters who quite literally bring our mission to life by sharing knowledge about plants and directing hands-on learning.
Our most dedicated volunteers receive the full benefits of membership through our reciprocal Volunteer Membership Program. If you are able to give 10 or more hours of your time over the course of one year, you will receive a complimentary Gardener Membership as a special thank you for sharing your time and talents with Bartram’s Garden and our community.
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people who enjoy sharing their interests and knowledge with Bartram’s Garden visitors to join our Volunteer Tour Guide Program. Volunteering at Bartram’s Garden as a Tour Guide requires 4-6 weeks of training, 4 hours per/week. Trainings will be offered four times per year in April, June, August, and October. Volunteers can register at any time by contacting Aseel Rasheed, Welcome Center Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All are welcome for these public volunteer events on the second Saturday of each month from March to October, 9 am to noon. Projects are for all levels of expertise. Bring your own gloves. Please register with Todd Greenberg at email@example.com.
