Tuesday Member Paddle (2018)

A special benefit for members of Bartram’s Garden, this 90-minute flatwater, small-group paddle is from the Bartram’s Garden to Center City and back. Kayaks, paddles, life jackets, headlamps, and basic instruction are provided. Volunteers paddle with the group as safety boaters. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult in a tandem kayak. Free Yoga and Meditation Classes

Join us for free indoor/outdoor yoga and meditation classes in the garden this summer, open to the public free of charge on Fridays thanks to a new partnership with the Family Practice and Counseling Network. Classes are conducted rain or shine on the porch of Bartram’s Garden’s Eastwick Pavilion.   Yoga class will begin promptly at 10:30 and run through 11:30. Explore this quiet stretch of the Schuylkill River on one of our kayaks or rowboats. No registration or boating experience necessary! All ages are welcome, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
